ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System Certification

ISO 22000:2018 — food safety management system standard. Combines HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles with the ISO management system structure. In Türkiye, it's the gold standard for compliance with the Turkish Food Codex + Law No. 5996; for food exporters, it's effectively mandatory for EU market access.

§5 Common challenges
- Supplier audit overlooked — ISO 22000 covers your suppliers as well. Raw material suppliers must have food safety certifications.
