Trademark fees — a transparent estimate, no hidden line items.
TÜRKPATENT 2026 tariff + Asil agent fee band + VAT. The form is on the left; the result updates live on the right.
2026 official fee items
Under the TÜRKPATENT 2026 tariff, a trademark registration involves four main fee items:
- Application fee (class 1): ₺2,820 — paid for the registration request to TÜRKPATENT.
- Additional class fee (class 2): ₺2,820
- Additional class fee (3+ classes): ₺3,150 × each additional class
- Registration certificate fee: ₺7,010 — paid at the end of the process for the digital certificate.
These items are official; they are independent of the agent fee and are VAT-free. The total varies with the number of classes you select and the characteristics of your mark; including colour-protected marks, express handling, and international filing options gives you a realistic picture.
The Asil agent fee band — our transparency policy
At Asil we publish our agent fee in three bands: standard, express, and defence-included. The binding quote is only provided after an initial review tailored to your file; registrability analysis (absolute refusal risk), class-selection advice, and prior-use checks are file-specific. The initial review is free and happens in a 30-minute WhatsApp or video call.
Beware "trademark registration for ₺1,300" ads
Some firms in Türkiye advertise figures like "trademark registration for ₺1,300". None of these figures can cover the official TÜRKPATENT fee — the application fee alone is ₺2,820. Such ads typically:
- Provide half-service (application only, no defence)
- Demand additional amounts during the process
- Or — worse — file an invalid/incomplete application; once refused, the client bears the loss
Asil does not compete in this segment. A transparent estimate is the only correct approach.
Can I recover costs through state support?
SMEs can benefit from the KOSGEB Trademark Registration Support; a percentage of fees and agent expenses can be reimbursed. Exporters can benefit from the Ministry of Trade's international trademark support programme. For detailed matching, use our Incentive Guide — it lists the incentives matching your sector and size in a single form.
