Our Story

Asil Patent was founded in 1995 in Kayseri by Salih Aksebzeci. At the time, the city was Anatolia's rising industrial centre: the Kayseri Organised Industrial Zone was taking shape, furniture makers were relocating to Mimarsinan, and food producers were moving from bulgur and sucuk to branded goods. The city was growing fast — yet most businesses had not yet obtained the legal title that would protect their brand, and trademark and patent agency was barely recognised as a profession in Kayseri.

Salih Bey saw the gap and set out from Düvenönü, Arma Plaza with a handful of paper files. Today, from the very same address — under a single door for 31 years — we still serve our clients: more than 5,000 trademarks under management, countless patent and utility-model files, and international applications across four continents. Every one of those numbers is the trust our clients placed in us along the way.

Under Salih Bey's founding stewardship Asil grew beyond a filing office: a holistic legal-defence shield that turns the manufacturer's labour into a registered right, from state-incentive applications to customs enforcement. The team grew, digital systems changed, the EPATS portal arrived, official fees were updated every year — yet the principle that carried us here is the same. When we register a trademark, we never forget that we are placing the years of effort behind it under protection.
